• Video – How To Make A Vintage Style Building For Your Diorama

The video goes into the tips, tricks and techniques from planning, mock-ups, patterns, laying out your studded walls, laying out roof trusses, painting the exterior to look aged, clapboard siding, functioning doors that actually open and close and have door handles.

It was actually framed like you would build a real old style building it was built with 2”x4” walls, top and sill plates and 2”x6” door headers. Roof trusses were made using a homemade jig (that you can make from the video) so each and everyone is the same. It’s like building a real old style building only a smaller version.

The roof was made removable to add lighting and accessories if you would like. You could just make the frame work if you would like for a construction or job site. You build it however you want and to whatever scale you want the video will show you how or you can build something completely different using the same tips, tricks and techniques.

Over 2½ hours detailing the complete build, an absolute must have.
